Herzegovina karst, homeland of thorn-bushes, spruce, heather, wormwood, and horned viper, where the sun ruthlessly heats six months a year and where every lump of soil is the gold worthy homeland of Žilavka too.
The location of Blizanci is unique for the fact that the stone desert
turned into an oasis of luxury and beauty. This vineyard was founded in the
early 80s of the past century and as such is a rarity in the world. The classic
methods of cultivation of land for plantations of vine grapes were replaced
here with powerful machines, rippers and bulldozers, and with application
of the modern ampelotechnological methods the substratum for plantation of
grape vine was created.
In the area of Herzegovina there are 22 licensed
wine cellars. Beside the wine tour, our program includes visiting the cultural
and historical heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Blagaj, Počitelj, Mogorjelo (Villa
Rustica), Trebižat, Kravica waterfalls, Međugorje.

The remains of the city of Narona are located 3 km north-west of downtown Metković, in the area of the village of Vid, where the Narona Archaeological Museum has been built as the first museum in Croatia located at the excavation site itself.
Sixteen sculptures of Roman emperors and other dignitaries and deities were found at this unique archeological site, and besides these temple statues, archeologists have examined the foundations of a basilica under the Church of St. Vitus.
The restored temple statues are the Museum’s main attraction, and its exhibits include 900 items (statues, pottery, jewellery, glass, coins, etc.) which date from the second century BC to the seventh century AD.
